The design incorporates a two-level podium that serves as a communal space and a four-level parking structure to accommodate residents’ needs. Constructed using flat slab construction paired with ductile core walls, the building ensures efficient load distribution, lateral stability, and enhanced seismic performance. This innovative development seamlessly combines functionality, aesthetics, and cutting-edge engineering.
