This project features two distinct residential towers—one with 35 storeys and the other with 31—offering modern urban living. The design incorporates a two-level podium that serves as a communal space and a four-level parking structure to accommodate residents’ needs. Constructed using flat slab construction paired with ductile core walls, the building ensures efficient load distribution, lateral stability, and enhanced seismic performance. This innovative development seamlessly combines functionality, aesthetics, and cutting-edge engineering.
A residential project consists of 5 residential towers each with 44 floors and 6 levels of multilevel car parking podium.
The project comprises 4 residential towers with a Basement + Ground 32 Typical Floors + Terrace. All the towers are connected by a huge podium.
